Babies & You Movement

In the Babies & You Movement class, the parent participates with the child.

Give your child a head start for an active childhood. Children learn by seeing, hearing, touching, doing, and having fun while bonding with you as they learn about their bodies & movement through play.

Children must be walking independently.

FREE tuition.

Gymnastics for Toddlers

The parent participates with the child in the toddler gymnastics class. Age appropriate movement is taught with climbing, jumping, balance and coordination being learned and developed through fun, active activities. Learning to follow simple directions is emphasized.

Preschool Gymnastics

3 1/2 to 4 1/2 years old

Starting gymnastics class for the child 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 years old. Fun, active programming introduces your child to the different gymnastics events, shapes, and movements while building coordination and muscle development. Class settings also helps your child learn interactive skills.

4 1/2 to 5 1/2 years old

Starting gymnastics class for the child 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 years old. Fun, active programming introduces your child to the different gymnastics events, shapes, and movements while building coordination and muscle development. Class settings also helps your child learn interactive skills.

Boys Only – 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 years old

Starting gymnastics class for Boys 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 years old. Fun, active programming introduces your child to the different gymnastics events, shapes, and movements while building coordination and muscle development. Class settings also helps your child learn interactive skills.

Advanced Preschool

More advance gymnastics class for Girls 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 years old. Fun, active programming teaches more advance but still age appropriate gymnastics skills, shapes, and movements while continuing to building coordination and muscle development.

Class Prerequisite: Preschool Beginner Classes 3 1/2 – 4 1/2 or 4 1/2 – 5 1/2.

Girls Gymnastics

Girls Rec Level 1

In this class movements are presented in a fun and enjoyable manner while learning basic gymnastics skills. Beginning skills are presented on the four Olympic events (Vault, Uneven Bars , Beam & Floor) and trampoline.  Strength and flexibility work is included that helps build the core attributes to enhance all sports activities. Class meets once a week for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Age: 6-8

Age: 9 and older

Girls Rec Level 2

More emphasis is placed on basic technique of skills and is designed for those who are interested in progressing beyond the beginner level. Beginning Skills are reviewed and Intermediate Skills are learned on the four Olympic events (Vault, Uneven Bars , Beam & Floor) and trampoline.    Increased strength and flexibility work is included that helps build the core attributes to enhance all sports activities. Class meets once a week for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Age: 6-8

Age: 9 and older

Boys Gymnastics

Boys Rec Level 1

This beginner class will introduce boys to the six men’s Olympic events…Vault, Floor, Pommels, Parallel Bars, Rings and High Bar. Basic tumbling, the core of all gymnastics, is taught along with basic trampoline skills and safety, strength & flexibility.  A great way to help release all the energy young boys have plus gain skills that will enhance all sport activities.

Boys Rec Level 2

This intermediate class will advance skills on the six men’s Olympic events…Vault, Floor, Pommels, Parallel Bars, Rings and High Bar. Intermediate tumbling skills are taught along with trampoline skills and safety, strength & flexibility.

Teacher Recommendation is required.

Advanced Gymnastics

Advanced girls

Advanced girls – Rec Level 3

Advance skills are learned on the four Olympic events (Vault, Uneven Bars , Beam & Floor) and trampoline.  Advance strength and flexibility work is included that helps build the core attributes to enhance all sports activities. Mastery of Rec 1 and 2 skills required to participate at this level.

Class meets once a week for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Advanced girls – Rec Level 4

This class is designed for those students who have progressed beyond Levels 1-3 but do not wish to be competitive or commit to the required time requirements.  Optional skills are introduced.  Advance strength and flexibility work is included that helps build the core attributes to enhance all sports activities.  Mastery of Rec 1, 2 & 3 skills required to participate at this level.  

Class meets once a week for 1 hour and 30 minutes.  

Instructor recommendation required.

Advanced girls – Advanced Rec

This class is designed for those students who have progressed beyond Levels 1-4 but do not wish to be competitive or commit to the required time requirements.  Optional skills are learned and perfected.  Advance strength and flexibility work is included that helps build the core attributes to enhance all sports activities.  Mastery of Rec 1, 2, 3 & 4 skills required to participate at this level.

Class meets once a week for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Advanced girls – Accelerated Advanced 2

Individuals must meet specific criteria for entering class where strength and flexibility will be emphasized. This class is designed for the youngster who desires a more intense and structured program at an early age. This class serves as the turning point for entering competitive gymnastics.

Class meets twice a week for 2 hours each day.  

Instructor recommendation required.

Advanced Boys

Advance skills are learned on the six Olympic events (Vault, Floor, Pommels, Rings, Parallel Bars & High Bar) and trampoline.  Advance strength and flexibility work is included that helps build the core attributes to enhance all sports activities.  Mastery of Rec 1 and 2 skills required to participate at this level.

Class meets once a week for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

By recommendation only.

Pre-Team Boys

Prerequisite to Level 4 Team. For the boy gymnast that may be interested in competitive gymnastics. This class will introduce and train the athlete in the protocols and skills for competitive gymnastics participation.
